1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to the website and online shop operating at: https://zhakujzycie.com (hereinafter: "Service").
1.2 The controller of the personal data is:

1.3 The Administrator shall use its best endeavours to ensure that personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("RODO").
1.4 The provision of personal data is voluntaryHowever, it is necessary to the extent required to execute orders, conduct correspondence or provide other services offered on the Website. Failure to provide such data may prevent the conclusion of a contract or the provision of certain services available on the Website.
2 Scope and purposes of data processing
2.1 Personal data on the Service is processed for the following purposes:
- order processing in the online shop,
- handling requests sent via contact forms,
- e-mail correspondence,
- the running of a newsletter (based on consent),
- the maintenance of the Customer's account (if the Customer chooses to open one),
- payment and delivery service,
- marketing activities (based on consent),
- conducting statistics and analyses of the operation of the Website,
- ensuring the security of the Service.
2.2 The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the use of selected functions of the Website (e.g. placing an order, subscribing to the newsletter).

- Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA - for the purpose of performing a contract (e.g. processing an order),
- Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA - to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting, taxation),
- Article 6(1)(f) RODO - in the Administrator's legitimate interests (e.g. securing claims, statistics),
- Article 6(1)(a) RODO - on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter, marketing, marketing cookies).
4 Data recipients
Data may be passed on to the following recipients:
- hosting company,
- payment service providers (e.g. online payment operators),
- courier and postal companies,
- to providers of accounting or legal services (if necessary),
- authorised employees and associates of the Controller.
Personal data may only be transferred outside the EEA when using the services of entities such as Google, Facebook - in which case appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are applied.
5 Data retention period
Personal data is stored:
- for the duration of the contract and the period necessary for its settlement,
- for the time required by tax and accounting law,
- in the case of data processed on the basis of consent, until the consent is withdrawn,
- in the case of marketing data, a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.
6 Users' rights
Every user has the right to:
- access to their data,
- corrigendum,
- deletion ("right to be forgotten"),
- limitation of processing,
- data portability,
- object to the processing,
- revoke consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).

7 Cookies
7.1 The website uses cookies.
7.2 Cookies are IT data stored on the user's terminal equipment and used to use the Website.

- to facilitate the use of the Website,

9.2 Users will be informed of changes by publication of the new content of the Policy on the Website.
9.3 Amendments do not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to their introduction.
