Failure to provide such data may prevent the conclusion of a contract or the provision of certain services available on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 Scope and purposes of data processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1 Personal data on the Service is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order processing in the online shop,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handling requests sent via contact forms,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e-mail correspondence,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the running of a newsletter (based on consent),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the maintenance of the Customer's account (if the Customer chooses to open one),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment and delivery service,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>marketing activities (based on consent),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conducting statistics and analyses of the operation of the Website,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuring the security of the Service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2 The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the use of selected functions of the Website (e.g. placing an order, subscribing to the newsletter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 Legal basis for processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is processed on the basis of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA - for the purpose of performing a contract (e.g. processing an order),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA - to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting, taxation),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article 6(1)(f) RODO - in the Administrator's legitimate interests (e.g. securing claims, statistics),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Article 6(1)(a) RODO - on the basis of consent (e.g. newsletter, marketing, marketing cookies).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4 Data recipients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data may be passed on to the following recipients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hosting company,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment service providers (e.g. online payment operators),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>courier and postal companies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to providers of accounting or legal services (if necessary),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>authorised employees and associates of the Controller.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data may only be transferred outside the EEA when using the services of entities such as Google, Facebook - in which case appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 Data retention period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data is stored:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for the duration of the contract and the period necessary for its settlement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for the time required by tax and accounting law,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the case of data processed on the basis of consent, until the consent is withdrawn,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the case of marketing data, a maximum of 3 years from the last contact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6 Users' rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every user has the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to their data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>corrigendum,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deletion (\"right to be forgotten\"),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>limitation of processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>data portability,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>object to the processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>revoke consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise your rights, please contact the Administrator: <a href=\"mailto:kontakt@zhakujzycie.com\">kontakt@zhakujzycie.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul.
